Kathy,
Since you're mentioning the password reset, your vault has been locked with a password, correct? What do you mean that the reset isn't working? Is there a typo in your response (or perhaps a typo in the original answer)?
Perhaps sadly in this case, the design of Camera Vault is to have a secure place to store your photos. There are no backdoors to getting into the Vault so that your pictures are safe from prying eyes. That said, if you have forgetten your passcode, there's nothing that can be done outside of answering your security questions to reset your password.
If it is truly lost then all that can be done is to delete the app and reinstall it (free download from iTunes). Again, this is a security design, which in this case I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Weldon,
I've replied to you via email letting you know how to lock individual folders and asking for more information about your feature request.
I hope that helps continue the dialog. Thanks!

I love this app but the features u speak of don't exist on the app. I don't have the ability to lock individual folders. Can u fix this please. And a good update would be to have the ability to turn off the reset password so that it won't ask the q's or try to send an email. Thanks

Todd, I've sent you an email asking your to send me (jclmsoftware.llc@gmail.com) the crash reports found by following the directions on http://bookshelfapps.com/blog/2008/12/sending-in-iphone-crash-reports/.

As soon as we get those, we'll be able to find the bug and fix it for you. Thanks!

I love this app and have a lot of pictures on it, but now when I open it, it automatically shuts itself off and I'm not sure what to do? I can't get to my pictures now. Can you update the app? Get rid of the bugs?
